Step 1: Place the desired item in the shopping cart

• Go to the item you want to order and choose the right color. Click ADD TO CART to the right of the product, when you have clicked on your product.
• You now have two choices, to continue shopping or to complete your order.
• When you have finished shopping, click on the top right of the shopping bag. Here you can also check the contents of your shopping bag and adjust it if desired.
• Then, when you have checked everything, click on the button> CHECKOUT.

Step 2: Enter personal information

• To be able to fulfill your order, enter the requested personal information here, including your name, address and e-mail address. 
• You enter your billing address.
• You can choose to enter a different delivery address.

Step 3: Payment method

• Then you choose a payment method. You can choose from: iDEAL, Credit Card, Paypal or bank transfer. The latter payment method is only possible when ordering parts. 

The advantage of paying with Credit Card, iDEAL, Paypal is that we can deliver all items in stock directly to you.

After making the payment, the purchase agreement has been concluded between you and Ralph's Brothers and from that moment on, the items are reserved. After your payment you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Step 4: Checking and confirmation

• Check the overview of your order. Is everything correct? Then continue with the ordering process. Do you want to make an adjustment? Which can. Adjust the part and continue with the ordering process.

Step 5: Make payment

• If your order is so complete and correct, you can make the payment.
• Before paying, you indicate that you agree with our terms and conditions.
• Then click on the button> CHECKOUT.
• Your order will now be placed and this makes the order final. You enter into the payment obligation with Ralph's Brothers.
